A few weeks ago in Dallas, I got to attend a super special event—The Pioneer Woman’s 10‑Year Anniversary Celebration with Walmart! Ree Drummond, the heart and soul behind The Pioneer Woman brand, marked a decade of bright, floral kitchenware and home goods by hosting a fabulous celebration. Let’s take a closer look at the fun-filled day!
When I first walked into the event space, vibrant florals everywhere caught my eye, just like Ree’s signature patterns. Arranged under a big tent, the dining tables were decorated to the nines. Each plate, bowl, and cup came from the new collection, styled with fresh blooms in charming pitchers. It felt like I was in a dream. I don’t think I’ve ever been as surrounded by such stunning beauty and this many fresh florals.
The centerpiece of the celebration was the relaunch of The Pioneer Woman collection, featuring fresh patterns named Agatha and Colette. These new designs stay true to Ree’s love of flowers, but lean toward softer, neutral tones that mix and match beautifully. Guests were impressed by the updated dinnerware, cookware, and coordinating pieces—all inspired by Ree’s evolving style.
Ree shared that redesigning took about three years to create. She loves how the new style reflects her shift toward vintage charm and layered hues. Can we talk about these adorable, ruffled placemats?
This event was more than just a reveal. Guests got crafty! A flair-filled floral bar let everyone create gorgeous bouquets using Ree’s pitchers as vases—a perfect way to reuse dinnerware in floral arrangements!
Also, sweet little touches, such as custom-embroidered napkins and fashion sketches, made the day feel super personal. It felt more like a family gathering than a company event.
Two of the event’s sweetest moments were when Ree’s daughters—Alex and Paige—joined her on stage for a Q&A during dessert. They talked about filming and family life and shared how much they love helping shape their mom’s brand. As Paige put it, “I love this collection because you still have the beautiful Pioneer Woman florals, but it’s a lot more subtle.”
They even shared that they’ve been part of the creative process. “It was so special to have Alex and Paige join me at my tenth anniversary celebration,” Ree wrote on her official social media.
As the celebration wrapped, each guest left with a beautiful gift bag featuring the new Agatha pattern. Plus, everyone took home their personally designed bouquet. Ree’s mom traveled from Oklahoma too, making it a true family affair. Influencers, creators, and Walmart leadership showed up—from Hawaii to Indiana—celebrating in a laid-back, friendly way.
This event marked a huge milestone. What started in 2015 with charming dinnerware has become a full lifestyle brand including cookware, bakeware, furniture, bedding, rugs, and more exclusive to Walmart. For ten years, Ree’s down-to-earth creativity has transformed everyday kitchen tools into pieces that feel thoughtful and personal.
From the debut of beautiful new patterns to heartfelt remarks from Ree and her girls, the atmosphere was festive and cozy. The event was a loving celebration of growth, family, and floral designs that feel like a comforting hug. Now, fans can bring home a bit of that charm in their own kitchens and homes.
Thank you Ree and Walmart for inviting me to this incredible event!
