You may know me from my popular blogs, Simply Sara or Simply Southern Cottage, or maybe you’ve seen me on Magnolia Network or HGTV or in a home renovation and decor publication. However you found your way to me, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve been called to create this community for some time, and I’m so excited to introduce you to the sister-like fellowship I wish I’d had for the past several years. I’m calling it: Simply Southern Sisterhood.
Read on for more details about how the Sisterhood works. Together, we'll tackle the good, the bad, and the fun!
All my love,
For generations, women have gathered for support, guidance, friendship, and fun - whether joining sewing circles, bridge clubs, Bible study groups, or professional organizations to build meaningful connections - we desire a peer community to thrive within.
What I’ve created with Simply Southern Sisterhood isn't just another social club, online group, or hobby community; it's a virtual haven for women like you to let your guard down, be vulnerable in a safe space, seek support for your challenges or life transitions, share your own hard-won wisdom, and laugh or cry together.
Our focus is on kindness, respect, and empathy. Our community administrator, Summer, will support Sara’s leadership to ensure our community aligns with our biblical principles and remains safe and welcoming to all, regardless of religion, background, or preferences.
Bullying, negativity, and politics have no place here. We believe in grace and kindness. Sara and Summer will guide discussions to maintain a supportive environment.
As we shape our Sisterhood together, your voice matters. We're building a curriculum based on your needs and interests.
Sara's mission is simple: to provide a nurturing space to talk about women's issues, offer hope, and guide you toward a resilient, full, happy, and meaningful life.
Becoming your sanctuary, where conversations flow like a mastermind, chats are as casual as coffee catch-ups, and guidance and support feel like life coaching all wrapped into one.

A Facebook Live session led by Sara where she’ll share her insights and thoughts about the month’s topic and include time for Q&A. Don't worry if you can't make it live; recordings will be available.
