How to Style My New Rugs In Your Home

When creating my new collection of rugs with Orian Rugs, I purposely designed a variety of styles that would work in any home and any color scheme.  I created rugs especially for you to make your space beautiful and cozy!  One of my favorite parts of the whole process was styling these rugs in my own home. Here are some tips on how to style them in yours!

Minden Natural Cherry Blossom Rug

I love finding ways to incorporate the colors in my rugs, with the current season. With fall upon us, here are ideas to style the Minden Natural Cherry Blossom Rug in your autumn decor. Oranges and pinks are fun when styled together (see my @chairwhimsy chairs), and the pink in my rug is the perfect shade! I found some fun pieces from Amazon that made my vision come to life. I love all of the pumpkin décor for fall. Velvet, orange, pink and white pumpkins are such cute complements to this rug. Pampas grass in different shades of pink adds a touch of fall. And, it’s fun to include these colors with wreaths as well! Having a warm, cozy kitchen makes my heart sing, and the Covington Natural Granite Runner will give your kitchen and home that very vibe. Runners fill spaces in fun ways and I always enjoy adding counter decor to match. Amazon has gorgeous decor that pairs well with this rug. You can add pretty canisters to the counters for sugar, flour, etc. and flowers are also a must! If you have a hard time keeping them alive or if you don’t like the upkeep of real flowers, Amazon’s faux floral arrangements are the way to go! It’s fun to add a pretty fruit bowl, cutting boards, and cookbooks to any kitchen space. I LOVE all my rugs, but honestly the Franklin Multi Floral might be my favorite!  Whether this rug is in your living room or bedroom, adding colorful throw pillows and blankets will highlight the colors and make the whole space vibrant. Adding a faux tree helps fill those awkward corner spaces while also adding warmth and texture! If you’d like to give your space a more rustic feel, you can add weathered lamps and furniture.
